1 Acceptance of Terms

If you disagree with any point described here, you must not create an account or use the platform's services.

3 User Account

Detected duplicate accounts will result in all involved accounts being blocked and all accumulated balances and bonuses being forfeited.

3.2 Responsibility for Account Credentials

3.3 Data Updates

3.4 Account Inactivity

Accounts with no activity (no logins, deposits, bets, or gameplay) for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. The real balance (non-bonus) is never reduced without at least 30 days' prior notice.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits must come from a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same CPF as the win656. Deposits from third parties are not permitted and will be returned as soon as they are identified.

5 Withdrawals

The win656 processes withdrawals via Pix as the standard method, and via TED as an alternative for amounts above R$ 100.00. Withdrawals are subject to the following rules:

• Minimum withdrawal via Pix: R$ 30.00.
• Minimum withdrawal via TED: R$ 100.00.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to accounts registered under the same CPF as the win656 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• The standard processing time is a matter of minutes for Pix. In cases requiring additional security verification (high-value withdrawals or a first large withdrawal request), the timeframe may be extended to up to 24 business hours.
• VIP Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members receive priority withdrawal processing.
• Bonus balance withdrawals are only permitted after the rollover requirement applicable to the originating promotion has been met.
• Your real-money balance (deposited funds and winnings from bets placed with real money) can be withdrawn at any time with no rollover requirement.

6 Sports Betting

6.1 Confirmation and Irrevocability

6.2 Cancelled or Postponed Events

If a sporting event is canceled before it begins, the staked amount will be fully refunded to the account balance. 11 Account Closure

11.2 Closure by win656

If an account is closed due to a violation, balances derived from irregular activity may be withheld.

12 Responsible Gambling
